Things have been crazy hectic at work and I haven't had the chance to post much lately. I'm so excited for the fest! Lets hope I can get rid of these allergies by then. I went to ACL on Friday and the shows I saw were great but man ...... the crowd was just brutal. I hope FFF never reaches that level. I saw the Wombats, Alseep at the Wheel, River City Extension (they are AWESOME!) The War on Drugs, Weezer and M. Ward and Esperanza Spalding. It was great but also a reminder of why I fell in love with FFF Fest last year. Sunday I got to see the Jack White Taping for ACL Live .... Holly Shit that was amazing. I was so sick and not to mention sore and weak from packing all day long (I'm moving in less than 2 weeks) but I'm glad I stuck it out and went. I would have been really sad if I missed it. He actually had two bands and they were both great! I would see him again in a heartbeat if given the chance!
