For whatever reason all these hip hop acts hit the rave circuit through like 97-01. But yeah, it was a series of shows, not just one event.

It's honestly up to the Rev. When I saw them, they just walked back and forth across the stage, basically talking their way through the show. Their interaction with the crowd was very minimal with the exception of the shirt charade. If Run can get his fat boobs up to actually perform, it's got some potential.

It's probably also worth noting they played a rave at like 2 AM in some abandoned sports arena. Definitely a douchey atmosphere, though in fairness I also caught 2 Live Crew, the Wu-Tang Clan, Digital Underground, De La Soul, EPMD, the Luniz, KRS One, and the Pharcyde in the exact same environment. Every one of them totally killed it.

Pretty sure nothing good can be said for raves with the exception of their ability to somehow book sick hip hop shows in the late '90s.

I think they will be a bit more energetic considering the press this is getting.

That is a complete hummed about the shirts...total dick move. I'd like to think that this show will be special, since it'll be their first without Jay. Hopefully, I'm not just fooling myself.
