Green Day This Past Thursday
Hipster fucks can say whatever the hell they want to about me, but I have to admit that the Green Day show at Red 7 last week is easily one of the BEST shows I've ever been to! Kudos to my friends at Transmission for making sure I could get in(even though it was sold out: to a bunch of sailor stripe tanktopped jackasses who tried to scalp tickets for $200)! The wonders of Sarkis' Beard never cease! The band was super nice to everyone after the show, and I am glad to see that they haven't changed much from when I knew them in the late 90s. I'm glad Tre Cool hasn't forgotten my weirdness! Love those boys! If you do the math you can now start narrowing down which band I toured with when I was a teen that would involve me knowing the GD boys........I'll never tell.

I heard they were accosted at a show recently with chants of "DOOKIE! DOOKIE!!" and they crumpled the setlist and played the entire album instead, SOUNDS AWESOME. Nostalgiacore! Got to see Weezer perform their first two releases, that was a highlight of "My 90s" in the new Century.
