I have my ticket for the midnight showing of "Dark Knight Rises" and since I'm a "skip to the back of the book" kind of guy, I have already read the spoilers for Nolan's final chapter of his Dark Knight trilogy. The way I justify reading movie spoilers is that if I am in a car accident on the way to theater and I am bleeding out on the pavement, I can say to myself, "At least I know how the 'Dark Knight Rises' ends"

@ross_r: I had trouble dealing with the 3 hours even though I was shifting my weight from one but cheek to he other. I don't know how I could watched the whole 7 hours + in one sitting.

@Phillip I can relate. I was the kid who would carefully peel back the wrapping on Christmas gifts to see what my parents got me for Christmas and if it wasn't a Transformer, it was a sad Christmas morning.

I always find myself reading spoilers for everything (the last one was the entire Season 4 of Breaking Bad) but I often regret it later on. For me, I just have the biggest problem waiting for something: I want everything now.
