My life kinda sucks right now. I rear-ended a Jeep Cherokee in my little Sentra, so its nose is all smashed and I don't know the extent of the damage so I'm scared to drive it. Thank goodness for rain in Austin, but of course it starts up the day after my car accident (I just realized I don't own an umbrella), so my bus/bike adventures just got a little wetter. $6 to my name, and I have to pay...

Holy hell Cake is going to play Austin Music Hall on New Years Eve! I must go see them. I know White Ghost Shivers, the band opening for them. I was their stage manager at SXSW. I wonder if I should shoot them an email and see if they can get me into the show.....

Finally got my ticket! I'm super excited about it but I paid for it. That's seriously the most money I've ever spend on a single concert ticket, but I think I'm gonna enjoy it more than more concert I've been to. Also, I'm on the 9th row so I'll be able to see everything! I've been waiting to see the Gorillaz for years. Now I just have to wait until October.

So, I got that fun in one ticket, and now they've added a weird-al kick off show I want to go to but will now have to spend extra money to go see? That's kind of lame, and by kind of lame I mean that fucking sucks. It's kind of like I'm being punished for buying early, and I won't have even saved any money. Lame lame lame.
