Kid in the Balloon

When I first saw the headline of the kid that floated away in the balloon, I was worried for him, but also thought it was cool. Living the dream! But then I read about it being a hoax. Supposedly the father of the little boy found him in the attic and said "Why didn't you tell us you were there the whole time?" and the little boy replied, "You told me we were doing this for a TV show, Daddy!" I guess they still might get the TV show they were shooting for. What a major fail.
