Professor Layton and the Curious Village

I usually hate puzzle games, but damn, this game had me hooked from start. It had a deep and gratifying storyline, creepy and interesting animation, and challenging puzzles. What more could I ask for in a game? It really got my mind away from the stresses of daily life. That's what I love about video games. They take you away (when they're good). I've found myself addicted to the Nintendo DS. It's just the best gaming device for me right now. All the old platformers come out on it, and I've found that a lot of the games are the ones I enjoy.
