I'm happy about tickets getting shipped and all. But wtf happened to the schedule? I'm pretty sure a rough schedule was released last year in September. I'm really grateful to them for always following through with a fun time, year after year, and bringing amazing bands to the fest, but COME ON. I ask questions and get no replies. I guess that means they have no idea when shit's going down?...

WIth this parking news, that the minimum time it'll probably take me to get to my car is about 10-15 minutes, I'm getting more and more worried about my plan to leave my 2 year old at a daycare about 15 minutes away (for a few hours to get in on some mosh pit action). Maybe I'm just too much of a worrywart. I've never left him with anyone other than family, and even then it's been maybe 5 times...

Anyone know if David Liebe Hart plays his stuff from Tim and Eric? I can't really imagine him singing with a band, but I'm guessing it's got to be pretty glorious. "Salame" is actually on my ipod as a legit song. I love it. I just wonder how he translates from the show to the stage. I wish tim and eric were coming again this year!

I'm kinda worried about the whole setup of the fest this year. FFF posted that there wouldn't be much parking close to the event. Now, if I was not a worry wart mom, that would be pretty easy to deal with. However, my son will be at a daycare for part of the festival and getting to him quickly is a MUST. I wanna start planning based around the shuttle times etc. but transmission hasn't gotten...

Yay! All these years of being active on the FFF site have paid off. 2 bottles and a flask are coming my way in November. Free shit gets me excited without fail. I'm wondering who bought the date with the security guy and what their intentions are... I'm hoping it was a big, hairy austinite. Those of us that bought the flask should be able to bring in whatever liquid in our flask that we want.

With all these fires, I'm hoping that the weather gets cooler and that it rains more before November, and just in general. I really hope it's not 100 during the day at FFF. Maybe FFF will have to move it's day back to December, like it was the first year, because of global warming. Back then, it was so damn cold outside during FFF, but this year it'll probably still be 80 degrees by that time....

I'm wondering how the whole prize shop thing is gonna work out. I already qualify for a small section of the prizes. I wonder if I added them to my cart, if they'd be honored? I think maybe I'll get the free food with the points. Or maybe a side stage view. It'd be cool to be up close for a band. I think if I could choose which, I'd pick Danzig, but I'm not sure. He really kicked ass the other...

At first, seeing the 2011 lineup really disappointed me. I guess all the build up of past year's (especially last year's) fests has really hyped everything up. I felt this year, the lineup didn't live up to past years. I looked at the lineup and gave it one last chance, and I found at least a good amount of bands I would like to see.
