the baby is sucking all the iron out of you. along with prenatals which you should be sure to take every single day, you should talk to your doctor about an additional iron supplement if you are concerned about your consumption of meat. I know you eat vegetarian for the most part, so he'd probably have no problem prescribing you some sort of iron supplement which will definitely help with the meat cravings.
