It's gonna be an uphill battle to get the grass growing, particularly with the vast areas lacking shade and the 100 degree weather now here (my car told me it was 107 yesterday afternoon, F*CK!). But fingers crossed...!

my first thought before reading the actual article was why the f would they try to replace grass in the dead of Austin summer heat? Then, I read it. Still they have to reinstall the grass that means they have a couple months before ACL to get it lush or at least growing.
