Music Whore... -ish?!?!
Yeah, def a music slut. Got my music fix early, from dad. 1st record was Kiss. 1st concert was Van Halen. I was 9. 1984. (My 1st few sets of concert bewbies too, btw. Woohoo) But thx god he turned me on to my 1st real punk & rock. Ramones, Pistols, ACDC, Who, Circle Jerks, Ozzy, Kiss, Stones, Doors, Hendrix, Judas Priest, etc. My pops was my musical touchstone... still is. He'll always be the Atlanta Pop goin', Monterey Pop watchin', & Woodstock attending, (still won't show me where in the movie that he is... but he IS in the movie, I've confirmed damnit), Daddy that planted my music roots. And I'm honored...
1st tape, YES TAPE, I bought myself was Beastie Boys. 1st concert I went to by myself was Ramones!!! 1st spoken word is a tossup between Jello & Henry.
