so many things!
so i got a new job! i was getting discouraged for awhile (and after a months of job hunting) but i finallyyyyy found something! it kind of just fell into my lap every step away. from the interview which i could only do after work (they managed to get me in 30 minutes after i got out, giving me the perfect amount of time) to offering me the position (which happened just as i was leaving another interview). i am so pumped to be leaving my job now! my last day is wednesday the 22nd, which feels like it's forever away.
today one of my friend's finished her last chemo treatment at MD Anderson in Houston. i cannot express how delighted i am. she's such a young, lively, and genuine person. they discovered a tumor in her brain a couple months ago and after getting it removed found it to be cancerous. i know she has to be on top of the world right now.
anyone going to the aqua olympics on sunday? my roommate is asking me to shoot her for a pin up set for her boyfriend so unless i can convince her to do it another day i may not be able to make it but i'd really like to go!
also, while i'm here, is anyone on the transmission street team? i don't know anyone else that's on it and it'd be fun to flyer or go to shows with people i know/have some connection to.
