Thanks, guys! It was quite the let down. I mean, I can handle losing. I'm not arrogant enough to think I'll win EVERY show/competition I enter, but when the thing you lose to isn't even something you can look at & think, "Damn. They really did a great job. They deserved that win"... it just kinda blows.

Oh well. There will be plenty more shows in my future & plenty of opportunities to prove myself. Besides, I know in my heart that everyone on my team was exceptionally talented & that, collectively AND individually, we do better work on a day to day basis than most of the people on that other team do. And that's really all that matters at the end of the day anyway.

That is wrong on so many levels. I'm creative for a living and there's an obvious split in creative processes here. I would have voted for yours, given the choice between the two.
