Are PIP Tickets Transferable?
I bought one (hasn't arrived yet), but I'm starting to think it was a bad idea & I probably won't use it. I have a friend who really wanted one, but she didn't have the money together before they sold out. So, I'm considering letting her have my PIP ticket. Only...... I remember seeing something when I purchased it about how your name is attached to it & blah, blah, blah.
So, does anyone know if it's possible to transfer a PIP ticket to someone else's name?

I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. The reason I was going to get rid of my PIP pass was because I decided I didn't really want to go at all. But my friend already has a regular 3-day pass & said she would just trade me, plus tattoo time (she's the one doing my chest piece), so she could have the PIP pass.
I'm still thinking about it. I mean, if I'm still gonna go, I may as well just hold on to the PIP because the whole reason I bought it is for the free beer & food, since I know I'll be broke by fest time & unable to buy much on my own. But, now they're insisting that PIPs will not be allowed out of the PIP area with the free beer, which I specifically asked about before purchasing my ticket. And I don't like that idea at all. Very few of my friends are even coming this year, which is part of why I'm not too excited about it, & of the couple who are coming NO ONE is doing the PIP thing. So, I'd be stuck in the PIP area drinking by myself. No fun.
Ugh... decisions, decisions. I told her I'd let her know in the next couple of days. Guess I'll email the powers that be to find out what the rules are about something like that.

Mandy, send ground(ctrl) an email, they've been decent around answering emails, they should know (hopefully). I'm sure there's a provision for something like that...
You're still coming to FFF, tho, right?!?!?!?! D:

My understanding is that I will get the wristband in the mail....strap it to my arm...when I get to the park they may scan it...and then I rock. Very doubtful if you have wristband in hand that they will hassle you for an ID. Maybe?

Why is it a bad idea? That's a good question because the regular 3 day pass is just a wristband. I was wondering how that worked out for people that can only pick up at will call? I won one and don't want to have winner's remorse. Ha!
