Photographers? Share your stuff!

I shoot photos, and plan on shooting a bunch while I visit Austin. For personal stuff, I shoot a bunch of film and would prefer it, but I just got my first DSLR about a month ago, which is purely for photojournalism and assignments that need immediacy. That's because I would love to be a Photojournalist for a newspaper of sorts one day.

A lot of my random photography is here on my Flickr:

I am also trying to trend birth photography because I feel it is a really special day....possibly the most important day of someones life...why not have photos to cherish forever? You can check that stuff out here:

Are there any other photographers in this community? share your work!

The photos looks cool. I dont have a smart phone, but I would use Instagram fa sho!

There are amazing instagrammers and they might be working photographers. Its another tool that creates pictures. They are interesting, and best of all...instant.

But you're not going to see a serious photographer deliver a photo for a client using instagram. You have very minimal manual controlling, and its still pretty low quality, so you're not going to have the best print, especially the bigger you go.

What's the general consensus on Instagram? I love the way photos look when shot with it.

The birth photos are fabulous! I love that you have one set from a natural birth and one in a hospital setting. Great juxtaposition!
