(i realize this is an old post, but, )dude i know! friend of mine makes it. I'm all for Mate and Teas of all stripes, but Kombucha just is weird for me, something about a beverage fermenting from a bacterial culture...
funny enough I brew my own beer all the time and have no problem with that! lol
