First Fun Fun Fun Fest, What to expect?
So I'm getting stoked on what to expect.
I hear alot of awesome stuff about the fest, I want to be surprised out of my mind,
Who knows where the acid is?
I was expecting to camp out with a friend of mine Jason Schwartz, the lead singer from an orange county based punk band called Media Blitz, but we were informed that there would be no tents allowed?
Driving is gonna be a mojor problem, I'd rather just take my Long Board, I'm sure there will be a never ending supply of beer at this fest and I cant wait.
So what do i expect from this fest??
BEER
GIRLS
STOKED PEOPLE
SICK ASS SHIT MUSIC
BEER
FUN
FUN
and more
FUN
Hopefully everything gets played out legit, and hopefully I can find a place close enough to the fest to stay at, cause I'm not in the mood for a DWI.
If anyone has any suggestions on cheap hotels or some shit in the area, you should hit me up that would be sick. But till about 2 more weeks, all I'm thinking about is what to expect, and I can't wait to see what goes down! ![]()

McKinley state Park is the closest to downtown(about 10 minutes). It's about 10 bux a night and they have showers and bathrooms. Best place to camp for SXSW and FFF in my opinion.

No tents allowed, that is correct. You can't stay in the park overnight. Expect to see a strange mix of hipsters and punks drinking copious amounts of beer with amazing music in all directions. The best part about the fest is the artists it brings out, given how every other fest in Austin seems to cater to the POP culture more than anything else. And yeah, yer list pretty much sums it up.
