I'm considering doing Fx3 solo, that was my plan at first, then a friend (you know those friends you have, but don't really like? Yeah, one of those, let's call him John) decided he wanted to go with. He got one of his people to go and he's actually a pretty chill dude who just likes music, while John, while having vast musical knowledge is just, really beta. I don't really know anyone in Austin well enough to crash their place, so I'll just cop a room for the weekend (no biggie).

Now for the weekly fail, working at a bank, and not retail banking, I had Columbus Day off, yet completely unaware I drove the 30 minute commute only to find an empty parking lot (applied palm to face). It worked out fine though, got in a good workout, ran some errands, took care of some financial matters, vidya games, took two glorious naps, and of course discovered a ton of new music, Tweak Bird ( Melvinish fusion rock, played Dallas in August, I missed out), Emancipator ( orchestral beat music, a bit like Bonobo), TOKiMONSTA (opening for Bonobo), and Teebs ( FlyLo-like, aka awesome-like) to spin today. Good times now, glorious times to come.
