wedding invite

Fri, Jul 6, 2012 at 7:58 AM By: dinadlc3

so my boss is getting married tomorrow. i was VERBALLY invited, but never received an invitation with specifics. i know what he's told me about, but thats been pretty vague. i bugged him at first about bringing me my invite, but it never came. i was off yesterday. he starts his 3 weeks off today. he said he'd leave me the invite in my desk drawer. BUT if its not there its safe to skip it & not have to make any excuses!

A party is much better than a wedding...unless it's your own wedding, of course. At that point, attendance is pretty much mandatory.

Completely agree. Can't expect someone to show up to something if you're not going to bother to "officially" invite them.
