As a chronic insomniac, I totally empathize with the can't sleep / can't totally wake up Catch-22. And I'm obviously not a proponent of drunk driving but I'm not on board with the whole "no refusal" thing as being legal. How does it not violate the Fifth Amendment? I mean, I would understand that a refusal could make you automatically lose your license but I feel like Americans ought to be able to insist that The Fuzz ain't gonna extract your blood. Also note how the police can just declare/ticket/arrest you for public intoxication. No sobriety tests there, they just say so. I guess this is my PSA for peeps to have a happy and hassle-free Halloween. And I'm all smiles with FFFF barreling down the pike. Rawk!
