Antichrist
On a whim, I decided to see a movie titled Antichrist. I had no idea what it was about but got it, and saved it for a later date. While having dinner at one of my friend's houses, she told me that nothing really happens and then it turns fucked up. Mind you, I didn't watch the trailer - I just figured with a name like Antichrist, it had to be a horror movie. Then her roommate said that, though she didn't want to spoil me, she had to tell me one thing about the movie. I'm going to post it here, but if you haven't heard about it and don't want to be spoiled, now's your chance to click out of the blog. WARNING WARNING WARNING SPOILERS...
My friend said "The chick gets a pair of scissors and cuts off her clit, dude. AND THEY SHOW IT. I didn't think they would but they did." At this point, I'm both disgusted and intruged; what the fuck? And it happened! As well as what seemed like unsimulated sex. I didn't care for the movie, not because of any of that but I didn't like the flow. The cinematography was gorgeous though.

Ok...one of my old roommates was obsesses with Asia Argento. There was some film she did where purportedly the sex scenes were not simulated. It was being released in the U.S. and he was trying to hack the region coding on his DVD player so he could import a copy from Europe. I have no idea if he ever did that or if the movie was ever released on DVD in the U.S. I don't even remember the title. But geez, you'd think that the fact that she spends a good chunk of screen time in her movies with nothing on would suffice his inner horndog.

No, just William Dafoe and Charlotte Gainesbourg. Maybe they had stand-ins for that shot. It was a close-up so it's not like I could tell.
