well, it inspires me to behave badly, lately I've gotten addicted to Turntable.fm. Its just too much fun to hangout crack jokes and drink beer with random people in a music chat room. My favorite room is Folking Indie. It pretty much is the best room. Cool relaxed people with an ear for good music. So if any of you FFFfesters are up to it please check out.... Folking Indie

Conservatory was rockin' with about 10 people. The Prid sounded really great. they're a fantastic band. However, OKC's Crown Imperial might have stolen the show. They only play a few times a year and they were pretty fantastic. That is all for now. i gotta pick up some pizza for the after party.

I bought a treadmill from my cousin for my office at the sod farm. It's been here since Saturday. I'm just now realizing I can wear what i want while using it. I just gotta delete the security tapes afterward.

I sincerely hope I don't see any this year, I saw only one last year and asked the douche to remove it. After he told me how he was honoring Native Americans. Native Appropriations has an excellent blog on the subject. It can be found here titled: "But why can't I wear a hipster headdress?"

I was checking out "The Cool Hunter" and they listed some of the things that they have on "high rotation" and I haven't heard of any of the bands they were playing. Which is a little disheartening to me, because I'm always on the look out for new music and bands, I try to see a lot of shows. I get newsletters from various record labels, i go to different websites and try to find new gems. I...

Yeah I went. If you have never been to a rock concert before it was a sight to see and "a pretty good time" according to my friend who went with me that has NEVER been to a rock concert. He grew up Pentecostal. The "Mayhem" took place at the OKC Zoo amphitheater, which is run by the city, and due to city ordinance "cursing" is not allowed and performers will be fined $5000.00 for breaking the...

Pleasantly surprised to hear Writer , a brother duo from San Diego at The Conservatory in OKC last night. They sounded great, unfortunately there were only about 10 people there to hear them play, which unfortunately is often the case. Anyways click the link to check them out if you feel so inclined. The link also has a free download of "Miss Mermaid"

Is anyone else having a problem getting the website to load? In other news, I'm excited about Hum.

I kinda like this. The Mighty Mike guy has some other pretty cool mash-ups. too. I wish I had the time and talent to do stuff like this. I remember a few years ago when that Mathew guy did the Pixies celebrity mashups. Those were pretty freakin amazing as well. Anyways for your listening pleasure: Youtube MGMT and Queen feat: David Bowie

total bust. lame. so disappointed. we left after the intermission. if i had paid for the "splatter zone" I would be really miffed. I mean Miffed. Campy is a delicate balance which was not achieved. so bad. I think they where going for a Rocky Horror pIcture show type feeling. but they failed.
