I thought Pedicabs worked for tips. Nobody would take me a couple blocks from the entrance of ACL to Lamar for $5. They kept telling me $10 to $20. Now they tell you how much you're gonna tip? It's like going to a restaurant and the waitress demands a $10 tip for a $5 meal.
