Shows are more than fun. Work is tiring. I am hungry. And my puppy is absolutely cute even if he does try to eat everything including tickets to see Mewithoutyou:)

I love it, though (and maybe I'm just out of the loop) I feel like there are never any shows around here (Austin). In Atlanta, I felt like 75% of the shows I went to consisted of bands that could be labeled screamo. Anyone else into screamo? Men as Trees, Funeral Diner, I Would Set Myself on Fire for You, etc. Know or been to any good screamo shows around Austin?

I hate it. I mean, well, I hate having less free time and more responsibilities, but I like having job security, benefits, and a decent salary. Or at least, I think I will like those things when I start my new job next week. It's my first full-time, salaried job ever, and I think (other than the people I know working there) I'm the first of my friends to have a job like that. It's kinda crazy...

I just have to say my puppy Solomon is about the cutest puppy ever and puppysitting my friend's Boxer/Pit mix for the past 2 weeks has made me realize how smart and well-behaved he is as well. Not that my friend's puppy is horrible. She's cute too just much more barky, whiny, stubborn than my dog.
