I haven't lived in El Paso for well over 10 years. But I still call it home and visit it often. One of my favorite things to do is drive into El Paso as the sun is going down and a light rain has covered the desert. Amazing sky and a welcoming smell.
From Austin and El Paso? I like to imagine you just wonder everywhere in between barefooted, reciting beatnik poetry and carrying a stick and bundle complete with canned foods and LSD.
