Ticket Lottery Concern

Not to jump the gun or anything, but does anyone have specifics on how the winners of this damn ticket lottery will go about buying their discounted tickets. Will there be another totally bogus time ticker counting down to another very disappointing night in which no one is actually able to buy tickets. That stupid thing crushed my soul. I suppose there will be some sort of notification in the e-mail sent to the winners, but I'm just really frustrated with how the whole process turned out.
