Volunteering?

Has anyone volunteered for Fun Fun Fun Fest before, or knows information about it? Just curious about what volunteering entails, what you get for it, what sort of time commitment is required, etc. I've volunteered for some of the music and film festivals around town and had experiences that ranged from incredible to miserable... I love the behind-the-scenes aspect, but I also want to see at least some FFF bands.

Thoughts?
