I don't remember making this account but by the time I convinced my dad to give me the money for my ticket it was already in existence. Well now that I know I'm actually going I need to figure out how to get money to spend while I'm there. I'm not too sure my parents will be very pleased with giving my more money and I'm still searching for a job. I don't even know how much money I'm going to need. As long as I'm there I guess.

Yep, follow Rachel's math. The beer selection is usually "meh" (although last year they had Newcastle, IIRC, which was a treat), but I usually only drink 1 or two beers for the day and eat once or twice. A "meal" from a food vendor/truck can run $5-$8 (you can always eat before you go in at noon and right when you leave at 10, too, but FFF has been getting some tasty food vendors lately). Don't forget money for shirts/merch!
See you next month!!!

If you live in Austin, you could probably deal with not having much money. If you're going to drink, from my memory the beers are like 6-8 a piece, but don't quote me on that because I always get PIP so I haven't had to buy a beer there in many years.
If you are going to drink, you think three days, like noon to ten drinking thats ten hours, even if you only drank one beer every two hours you'd still need enough for five beer per day at least which would be a minimum of forty dollars per day for a total of 120 for the fest.
If you want to drink double that then 240. If you want to eat then I'd say bring an extra twenty per day, so like maybe 300....
