New work out regimen
Since its Monday and I have been reading about stuff I have modified this work out regimen for my continued goal of staying in remission:

Now I'm the type of person that goes hard or not at all, if you're not going to be your best at something then why fucking bother right?
In that I know I will not be able to work out circa the baddest fucker ever to get in the ring (at that time) so I have come up with this:
3 mile jog with my dogs
Protein shake and a bagel
50 shrugs, 50 curls while walking around the house, 50 situps, 50 pushups
Work (I usually work 2-10)
During lunch go to gym and get hour of cardio in
50 crunches, 50 dips, 50 pull downs
I think doing this in varying orders will get me more results than just my running schedule and while I have dropped 25 lbs since the middle of May its time to focus on developing more lean muscle to "take it home" and keep this fucking cancer at bay.

That 50- 50 - 50 stuff sounds like a good idea.

That is quite the routine. I have now been working out for about 3 months. I don't feel I have lost much weight but do feel a change in body composition which I am happy about. I can say that I found something I can stick to. Keep kicking ass and kick cancer's ass as well.
