I started working on garage doors as a teenager. My father was in the trade and during summer time school vacations I would go on service calls with him. He started me off doing all the lifting and toting. He was always giving me the knowledge of his time in the business. I guess I absorped it pretty well. Once I got out of the Air Force I joined another garage door company and went to work as a specialist. I found that the business suited my wish to aid people with their problems. I found a great deal of satisfaction in doing the work and also making long term customers. john
