Everyone is convinced, or wants everyone to believe, their musical taste is eclectic, a mixture of that elusive "everything". I approach people knowing that this statement is, about 90 percent of the time, bullshit. Either you're lying to me or you have no clue. :D

I'm really into bands like Between the Buried and Me, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, The Mars Volta, Braid, La Dispute, Bear Vs. Shark, The Chariot, iwrestledabearonce, Beneath the Massacre, Promise Ring, Knapsack, The Impossibles, Bill Evans, Jim Hall, Tom Fun Orchestra, Animosity, Joan of Arc, Circa Survive, etc.

I guess it boils down to a mix of jazz cats, brutal brahs and mid-90s emo dewds. :DDDD
