Ain't Nothin'
I don't want to not be sixteen anymore. But alas, I have hit that agonizing milestone of "seventeen". I get to take 2 back-to-back AP tests followed by a rigorous nearly-four-hour dance workout for an upcoming recital. Complaints aside, I'm just glad all that will keep my mind off of no longer being 16. Or maybe it'll only be a constant reminder throughout the day. Oh well. I'm fishing for birthday wishes, it seems. Pitiful. I apologize insincerely. On another note, there's a petition I signed today (electronically, of course) against Uganda's "Kill the Gays" Bill. I find it entirely unacceptable--an initial diversion from senseless governmental actions based upon senseless governmental actions. Makes no sense and is completely cruel. I completely support the movement against this bill and, if you have similar views or believe you are a well-functioning human being, recommend you sign the petition as well. The website is "allout.org".
