I do have Sperry's that i wear whenever it's rainy outside. but they're not the legit Sperry boat shoes. And I really need a pair. Perhaps i'll ask for some for christmas. but I feel like once I get a pair of boat shoes, everyone will stop wearing them. Which would suck. but who am I kidding, people still wear Uggs. I still wear Uggs. I guess I really don't have that much to worry about then.

New Yeasayer album out in early February! Ahhh how exciting. I do hope that they play some of these songs at funfunfunfest! that would be exciting. But it should be good. And it's about time, since All Hours Cymbals came out in 2007, did it not? I may be wrong about that though. But I'm pretty sure. It's official. They've gone apeshit. Even though we have 48349413 employees, they've decided it's quite alright to schedule people doubles. And the day after they work a double, they'll get a 9 hour shift. It's completely ridiculous. I guess it is homecoming weekend in Plano, but when I went through all of that, no one ever had to work doubles. It's so crazy. I'm glad i'm in Arlington, or else...

I think it's easily Tegan & Sara's most approachable album. And probably their best effort to date. But I like the raw and imperfect sounds of their older albums in all honesty. It may just be me. I'm still really excited to see them in concert in February. I do hope they have lots of witty banter like I've seen on youtube. That would make me really happy.
