    Explosions in the Sky (saw them opening for Arcade Fire and they were pretty amazing)

    Animal Collective (Austin owes it to devoted concert-goers like ourselves)

    Sonic Youth (One of the coolest bands on earth; and Kim Gordon has got to be the most intense woman alive)

    Foster the People (Why the hell not?)

    Okkervil River (These guys are pretty great; and they did come out with a new album this year and played a few shows at SXSW, so it would be pretty logical that they'd be there)

    Spoon (I mean, as long as they're not the headliner, I'd be cool with that)

    Broken Social Scene (I know they're already coming to ACL and that they were here in February, but I'm allowed to dream, right?)

    Deerhunter (As I was unfortunately unable to attend their show last year)

    My heart will be broken if Superchunk doesn't play. It would also be nice to see some Kpunk! I'm sure misters Calvin and/or Svenonious would be happy to oblige! Seriously, broken heart. It will be my 33 1/3 birthday a couple of weeks before FFF, it's bad luck to break someone's heart on this most important milestone. Also, none of the 20yr olds at work understood that I was excited to be 33 1/3. Totally not looking forward to 45, btw. Superchunk. Super. Chunk.

    Cock Sparrer would be brilliant. They would have to close a night, though. They played for 2.5 hours in San Antonio a few years back when they were in the area for Chaos In Tejas!
