Lost/taken camera in orange PIP area on Sunday evening

My husband dropped his Panasonic Lumix camera Sunday. When he noticed that it was gone he went back and people said they saw someone pick it up and apparently take it to the beer bar, where it never showed up. Not in Lost and Found either. The camera itself is older and beat up, valuable are all the photos on the memory card.
I do want to say that the person who has it will be haunted by the whiny hipster music until his/her brain explodes! I guarantee. Just turn it in at the Lost and Found and you'll be better off !
