WHERE THE FUCK IS MY LITHOGRAPH
Seriously aside from all the PIP issues this year I never received my 'limited' edition lithograph either in my grab bag or in the mail. WTF this can actually be consider failure to provide products and services since we paid for said items before hand. might have to check with the lawyers on that one...

The lithograph was included in the PIP package for 15 days and then was replaced with the bandana after realizing that a lithograph would be horrible to carry around the fest all day and would most likely be ruined by the time the PIP brought it home. The bandana was a bonus we wanted to offer because the dust at the shore can be a little bothersome by the end of Sunday. It fit the package better. Sorry you were still expecting the lithograph almost 5 months after it had been swapped out. We try to distribute all info through the website, FB, and email correspondence.
We always let you know that the packages can vary and change before the fest, but the quality of what you purchased will not change. We also asked for anyone who had an issue to meet us in person to discuss the issues to see if we could resolve it onsite. I'm guessing you never asked anyone for resolution?
