ESSAY CAMPAIGN:
Writers, authors, wordsmiths, novelists, penman, journalists, columnists, graffiti artists, bloggers, playwrights, scribblers, and hacks unite! The next ticket contest is about writing skills. It's about passion.
Its about letting your blood and tears pour out on to the page for a shot at rock and roll glory: 2 weekend passes to FFF 09, 2 commemorative posters, and an online publishing of your work.
Conditions
You have 5 subjects to choose from:
1. Why you, of all people, deserve to win anything...especially FFF tickets and recognition.
2. A riveting story of what you would do to gain said passes to said weekend of rock.
3. An fictitious account of your life growing up with David Yow, and the dance crew that you started in high school.
4. Why Graham Williams (grand chancellor of booking) is your hero and should be respected, much like the Dalai Lama.
5. Why music festivals are stupid, and what you think we should all do instead.
No rules on this one, except, it has to be at least 500 words to be eligible. By submitting, you are giving us permission to publish, laugh, pimp your skills, and give you props. This contest ends in 2 weeks, so tell your friends.
We've changed the submission format to make it easier. Please submit your final draft in the text box and click FINISH.

Deadline October 16th at 11:59pm Central Time.

At the top it says how many days remaining. We've also added the deadline in case math wasn't anyone's best subject (it was the death of me!)
